Additional payment for participation in health programs with daily therapeutic procedures:
- Health package for 3 days – 295 BGN per person

The programs “Pulmonary Prevention”, “Relaxation and Anti-Stress”, “Therapy for Injuries and Wounds” and “Detox in the Mountains” include a medical examination and prescription of physical therapies. The “Get Fit” program includes a consultation with a nutritionist for healthy eating, body composition analysis with a Tanita scale, an individual exercise regimen, and physical therapies.
The specific daily procedures included in the packages consist of one of the following types of therapies:
- Manual therapy – partial relaxing massage, partial restorative massage, or partial lymphatic drainage as prescribed by a doctor;
- Halotherapy or hydrotherapy – hydromassage, horizontal or contrast shower;
- Apparatus therapy – gunaphoresis, deep oscillation, magnetotherapy, compression therapy.
*If necessary or as prescribed by the doctor, manual therapy or hydrotherapy/halotherapy can be replaced with additional apparatus therapy.
Services at extra charge
- Massages and therapies in the spa center, VIP jacuzzi, horizontal shower, other spa procedures.
- Use of lifts, Pamporovo bike park, mountain and electric bike rental.

Conditions for accommodation of additional guests in the units:
- Single person accommodation – 25% discount from the room price.
- Child up to 10 years old on extra bed is free of charge.
- Child from 10 to 12 years on extra bed uses 50% discount from the price of a regular bed for an adult. When accommodating on a regular bed, the full price of the bed is paid.
- Adult on extra bed uses 75% discount from the price of a regular bed for the relevant type of room.
- One adult with one child up to 10 years in a double room or Junior suite /maisonette is calculated as a single accommodation for the relevant type of room.
- Accommodation of 2 people in two-bedroom units – 25% discount from the unit price for 4 people.
- Accommodation of 3 people in two-bedroom units – 12% discount from the unit price for 4 people.
*Child/Adult discounts, on extra bed are valid for full occupancy of the regular beds in the unit.

Two-bedroom units have 4 regular beds in 2 separate rooms and a foldable sofa in the hall area.
General terms and conditions
The offer is valid for accommodation in the period from 09.07.2024 until 28.09.2024 and has the value of a contract, part of which is the General Terms and Conditions for reservations and cancellations.
General offer conditions:
- In case all-inclusive board guests are less than 30 people, all meals are served on a set menu.
- Free bonus nights cannot be used separately in another period, but only consecutively.
- The outdoor activity and the animation programs are held at fixed hours and are subject to change in adverse weather conditions or in circumstances beyond the hotel’s control.
Policy and terms for reservations:
- Every reservation is guaranteed when an advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is made within 3 calendar days after confirmation.
In case the payment is not received within deadlines the booking will be cancelled. - Fully payment of the amount for bookings is made at the hotel upon arrival.
Policy and terms and conditions for cancellations and penalties:
- Cancellations of confirmed reservations can be made without penalty up to 7 calendar days before check-in. In case of cancellation of reservations after this period or in case of no-show of the tourists on the day of check-in, the penalty is 50% of the amount of the reservation. For this purpose, the entire prepaid amount of the reservation shall be deducted.
- In case of early leaving or shortening of the stay – amounts shall not be refunded.
