The rates are per room per night and include:

- Access to the children`s play room at the hotel
- Wi-Fi access in all hotel areas, insurance, tourist tax and VAT
- Outdoor parking is available on site (according to availability upon arrival).
Paid garage available at the price of 8 € / 15.65 lv. per car per day.
Conditions for accommodation of additional guests in the units:
- Single person accommodation – 25% discount from the room price.
- Child up to 5 years old on extra bed is free of charge.
- Child from 6 to 11 years on extra bed uses 50% discount from the price of a regular bed for an adult. When accommodating on a regular bed, the full price of the bed is paid.
- Adult on extra bed uses 25% discount from the price of a regular bed for the relevant type of room.
- One adult with one child up to 5 years in a double room or Junior suite /maisonette is calculated as a single accommodation for the relevant type of room.
- Accommodation of 2 people in two-bedroom units – 25% discount from the unit price for 4 people.
- Accommodation of 3 people in two-bedroom units – 12% discount from the unit price for 4 people.
*Child/Adult discounts, on extra bed are valid for full occupancy of the regular beds in the unit.

Type of the units Junior Suite/ Junior Maisonette have two regular beds and a foldable sofa (190sm х140sm).
Two-bedroom units have 4 regular beds in 2 separate rooms and a foldable sofa in the hall area.
General terms and conditions
The offer has the value of a contract, part of which is the General Terms and Conditions.
General offer conditions:
- Check-in: after 2:00 PM, Check-out: by 12:00 PM
- In case there are less than 30 people, all meals are served on a set menu.
- Dinners at the hotel restaurant are offered from an a la carte menu.
Policy and terms for reservations:
- Every reservation is guaranteed when an advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is made within 3 calendar days after confirmation.
- In case the payment is not received within deadlines the booking will be cancelled.
- Fully payment of the amount for bookings is made at the hotel upon arrival.
Policy and terms and conditions for cancellations and penalties:
In case of early leaving or shortening of the stay – amounts shall not be refunded.
Cancellations of confirmed reservations can be made without penalty up to 7 calendar days before check-in.
In case of cancellation of reservations after this period or in case of no-show of the tourists on the day of check-in, the penalty is 50% of the amount of the reservation. For this purpose, the entire prepaid amount of the reservation shall be deducted.
