Discounts for accommodation:

  • 20% discount for early bookings made and fully paid until 15.11.2023.
  • 15% discount for early bookings made and fully paid until 10.12.2023 (excluding New Year).
  • 10% discount for online bookings made directly on https://perelikhotel.book-onlinenow.net.
    *The early booking discounts and online discount can be combined.
    **Online discounts are dynamic and changable according to hotel occupancy.

Supplements:

  • Buffet breakfast at the hotel: 29 BGN per adult, 15 BGN per child from 6 to 11.99 years old.
  • Buffet dinner /booked until 10.12.23/: 44 BGN per adult, 22 BGN per child from 6 to 11.99 years old.
  • Buffet dinner /booked after 11.12.23/: 49 BGN per adult, 23 BGN per child from 6 to 11.99 years old.
  • Premium dinner at a-la-cart restaurant Orlovetz with individual service and access to salad buffet bar with fresh vegetables, mix salads, rich choice of ingredients, dressings and supplements; set menu with choosing of one of the proposals for appetizers, main specialties and desserts: 65 BGN per adult, 35 BGN per child from 6 to 11.99 years old.
    *Premium dinner will not be served on 25 and 31 of December.
  • Christmas dinner at a-la-cart restaurant Orlovetz on 25 December on set menu and music program: 130 BGN per adult, 70 BGN per child from 6 to 11.99 years old.
  • New Year’s Eve Gala dinner on set menu, with children animation and music program (mandatory): 250 BGN per adult, 130 BGN per child from 6 to 11,99 years old.
    New Year’s Eve gala dinner is mandatory for all reservations with stay on December 31st.
    New Year gala dinner for children up to 5.99 years is free of charge.

Conditions for accommodation of additional guests in the units:

  • Single person accommodation (valid for all seasons excluding New Year) – 25% discount from the room price.
  • Child up to 5.99 years old on extra bed is free of charge.
  • Child from 6 to 11.99 years old on extra bed receives 50% discount from the price of a regular bed for an adult. When accommodating on a regular bed, the full price of the bed is paid.
  • Adult (person over 12 years) on extra bed uses 75% discount from the price of a regular bed for the relevant type of room.
  • One adult with one child up to 5.99 years in a double room, junior suite or junior maisonette and one-bedroom apartment is calculated as a single accommodation for the relevant type of room.
  • Accommodation of 2 people in a two-bedroom units – 25% discount from the unit price for 4 people.
  • Accommodation of 3 people in a two-bedroom units – 12% discount from the unit price for 4 people.
    *Child/Adult discounts, on extra bed are valid for full occupancy of the regular beds in the unit.

*All junior suites, one-bedroom apartments and maisonettes at the hotel have two regular beds and two-bedroom apartments and maisonettes – 4 regular beds. All extra beds in the rooms are sofa beds (140cm x 190cm). There is no capacity for an extra bed in the double rooms.

General information:

  • Check-in: after 2:00 pm. Check-out: till 12:00 pm.
    Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and with additional fees on site.
  • Paid garage available at the hotel. Payment is made on site at the reception desk if there are vacancies upon arrival.
  • Buffet dinner does not include beverages. In less than 25 people all meals are served on a set menu.
  • On 25th Dec the options for dinners are buffet dinner in restaurant Perelik or Christmas dinner in restaurant Orlovetz.
  • On 31st Dec buffet and Premium dinners are not available. A New Year Gala dinner is mandatory for all guests.
  • The storage of ski/snowboard equipment, including ski boots in the rooms is strictly prohibited.
  • The hotel reserves the right to change prices and conditions.

Payment and Cancellation Terms & Conditions:

  • Every reservation is confirmed when an advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is made within 3 calendar days after booking. In case the payment has not been made within the specified deadlines, the reservation will be cancelled.

Fully payment deadline terms:

Early bookings

  • Early bookings with 20% discount for Winter season including New Year shall be paid until 15.11.2023.
  • Early bookings with 15% discount for Winter season, made from 16 Nov to 10 Dec shall be paid until 10.12.2023 (excluding New Year).

Standard bookings

  • Reservations for Winter season made after 11.12.2023 should be fully paid upon arrival at the hotel, during check-in.
  • Reservations for New year holidays made after 16.11.2023 should be fully paid until 30.11.2023. Reservations made afterwards require 100% advance payment of the amount for the booking after confirmation.
  • In case the advanced or the final payments have not been made within the specified deadlines, the reservation will be automatically cancelled by the Hotelier and penalties will be applied according to the terms and conditions for cancellations.

Cancellation terms and conditions

Early bookings

  • Cancellations of confirmed reservations with Early bookings for Winter season made up to 14 days before the date of arrival are charged with 50% of the amount of the reservation as a penalty. After this period or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the penalty is 100% of the amount of the reservation. For this purpose, the entire prepaid amount of the reservation shall be deducted as a penalty fee and the prepaid amount shall not be refunded.
  • Cancellations of confirmed reservations with Early bookings for New Year period made until 30.11.2023 are charged with 50% of the amount of the reservation as a penalty. After this period or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the penalty is 100% of the amount of the reservation. For this purpose, the entire prepaid amount of the reservation shall be deducted as a penalty fee and the prepaid amount shall not be refunded.

Standard bookings

  • Cancellations of confirmed reservations for Winter season can be made without penalty up to 14 days before check-in. In case of cancellation of reservations after this period or in case of no-show of the tourists on the day of check-in, the penalty is 50% of the amount of the reservation and the entire prepaid amount of the reservation shall be deducted as a penalty.
  • Cancellations of confirmed reservations for New Year period, made after 16.11.2023 can be made without penalty until 30.11.2023. In case of cancellation in the period 1.12.2023 until 10.12.2023, the penalty is 50% of the amount of the reservation. In case of cancellation of reservations after this period or in case of no-show of the tourists on the day of check-in, the penalty is 100% of the amount of the reservation and the entire prepaid amount of the reservation shall be deducted as a penalty.
  • In case of early leaving or shortening of the stay of all or part of the guests within the reservation – amounts shall not be refunded, and the unused days on the reservations shall be accounted for as a penalty.
  • Refund of amounts, when due by the Hotel, shall be made within 14 days from the date of cancellation.

*The Hotel shall reserve the right to change the Reservations and Cancellations Policy in case of legal changes or explicit instructions of the government authorities of the Republic of Bulgaria in case of Covid situation.
