Conditions for accommodation of additional guests in the units:

  • Single accommodation – 25% discount from the room price
  • Children up to 5,99 y.o on extra bed are free of charge
  • Children 6 – 11,99 y.o on extra bed get 50% disount from the price of a regular bed for an adult. When accommodating on regular bed,the full price of the bed is paid
  • An adult (12+ y.o) on extra bed get 25% discount from the price of the regular bed for the relevant room type
  • An adult (12+ y.o) with one child up to 5,99 y.o in a double room, junior suite/ junior maisonette and one-bedroom apartment is calculate as a single accommodation for the relevant room type
  • Accommodation of 2 guests in two – bedroom unit  –  25% discount from the unit price for 4 guests
  • Accommodation of 3 guests in two – bedroom unit – 12% discount from the unit price for 4 guests

*Child/ Adult discounts on extra bed are vali for full occupancy of the regular beds in the unit

Junior suites, Junior maisonette and One-bedroom apartment have two regular beds and a foldable sofa (190х140). Two-bedroom units have 4 regulard beds and foldable sofa

Discounts for accommodation:

General terms:

  • Indoor parking is availabe on site. It is subject on additional payment – 10 BGN per day. Payment is made on site at the reception desk if there are vacancies upon arrival
  • In less than 30 people all meals are served on a set menu
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and with additional fees on site

Policy and terms for reservations:

  • Every reservation is guaranteed when an advance payment of 50% of the reservation value is made within 3 calendar days after confirmation. In case the payment is not received within deadlines the booking will be cancelled
  • Fully payment of the amount is made at the hotel upon arrival

Policy and terms for cancellation and penalties:

  • Cancellation of confirmed reservations can be made without penalty up to 5 calendar days before chek-in. In case of cancellation after this period or in case of no-show of the tourists, the penalty is  50% of the amount of the reservation. In case of early leaving or shortening of the stay of all or partof the guests within the reservation – amounts shall not be refunded and the unused days on the reservations shall be accounted for as a penalty

* Refund of amounts, when due by the hotel, shall be made within 14 days from the date of cancellation

The hotel shall reserve the right to change the Reservations and Cancellation Policy in case of legal changes or explicit instructions of the government authorities of the Republic of Bulgaria in case of Covid situation
